Our Sanctuary Standards
Please review our foundational etiquette guidelines prior to your appointment.
10–15 Min Arrival Window
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. This gives you ample time to check in, complete any confidential health intake forms, change comfortably, and unwind in our quiet lounge with complimentary herbal tea.
24-Hour Notice Policy
Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice so that we may offer that reservation window to clients on our waiting list.
Cell Phone Quiet Zone
To maintain a peaceful sanctuary atmosphere for all guests, please ensure mobile phones and electronic devices are turned to silent or vibrate upon entering. Phone conversations should be taken outside the spa suites.
Professional Draping
Your privacy, dignity, and comfort are strictly safeguarded. Professional draping techniques are practiced at all times during massage therapy and body treatments. Only the target area being treated is exposed.
Health & Medical Intake
Please inform your therapist or stylist of any medical conditions, pregnancy, recent surgeries, allergies, or prescription skin treatments (such as Retin-A or Accutane) prior to service so we can customize your treatment safely.
Gratuities & Payment
Gratuities are at your discretion in appreciation of outstanding personal care. Standard spa gratuity ranges from 15% to 20% and can be added conveniently at checkout. We accept all major cards, cash, and Eden gift certificates.
Parties, Gift Certificates & Minors

Spa Parties & Bridal Group Bookings
For bridal parties, birthdays, or groups booking multiple concurrent services, reservations are coordinated through our front desk coordinator. A deposit and 48 hours' cancellation notice are required for group blocks of 3 or more guests.

Guests aged 16 and older may receive full spa treatments. Guests aged 12 to 15 may receive select services with written parental consent and a parent or guardian on premises. To preserve peaceful sanctuary rest, unattended young children cannot remain in waiting lounges during lengthy parent appointments.

Communicate your preferences freely: Please tell your specialist at any moment if you would like firmer or lighter massage pressure, more table heat, adjusted room temperature, or a silent appointment mode.
Valuables & Jewelry: We suggest leaving high-value jewelry at home. While your private suite is secure, wearing minimal jewelry allows treatments to proceed effortlessly.
Post-Treatment Hydration: We encourage all guests receiving massages, facials, and body treatments to drink extra water following their visit to assist the body's natural restorative balance.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may need to conclude at its scheduled end time so subsequent guests are not delayed. Full treatment fees apply.
Free Front Parking: You never have to worry about parking meters. Our dedicated private parking lot is located directly in front of the building entrance at 6795 Keefers Lane.
