How long does my hair need to be before a waxing appointment?
Hair should be approximately 1/4 inch long (about the length of a grain of rice), which typically equals 2 to 3 weeks of growth after shaving. If hair is too short, the wax cannot grip properly; if it is longer, your esthetician will trim it to the ideal length before starting.
Will the spray tan look unnatural or turn orange?
Never. We use premium organic beet-derived DHA with natural violet and olive color correctors that neutralize any brassiness or orange tones. Your technician custom-mixes the level to match your natural undertones for an authentic, sun-kissed finish.
Can I get facial waxing if I use retinol or acne prescriptions?
Please discontinue using topical Retin-A, retinol, glycolic acid, or salicylic acid on the target area for at least 5–7 days prior to waxing. If you are taking oral Accutane (isotretinoin), waxing cannot be performed until 6 months after completing the medication; we can tweeze instead!
