What should I wear to my appointment?
Wear whatever is most comfortable for you! If you are receiving a massage or body treatment, you will disrobe in private to your personal comfort level under a professional sheet drape. For pedicures, pants that roll up easily above the calf are recommended.
How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation. This provides ample time to park, complete a quick consultation questionnaire, use the restroom, and enjoy a warm cup of herbal tea without feeling rushed.
Is Eden Spa wheelchair and ADA accessible?
Yes. Our facility is completely ground-floor with level, step-free access from our front parking lot directly into our reception and treatment suites.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours advance notice for single-service cancellations or rescheduling, and 48 hours for multi-service packages or group parties. This allows us to offer the reserved time to other waiting guests.
